Main features:
Delta Open cell ceiling is combined of modules, dimensions 1200 x 600 built of closed aluminium profiles in the shape of “Δ” basis width is 4 mm and hight 30 mm creating square open cells, dimensions 30 x 30 mm up to 100 x 100 mm.
Panels are suspended using not visible suspension system called “wicket” thanks to it the ceiling surface is a compact raster area.
For granting the ceiling individual features there is a possibility of painting with the  pre-painted or post-painted technology any colour in accordance with RAL, NCS, PANTONE and also SIKKENS colour palettes
Hinge suspension:
Unique suspension system “Delta” is used in Open Line ceiling assembly. It allows to take one or more panels out of the ceiling without a need to disassemble whole structure for example to gain access to technical installation located above the ceiling’s surface. After unclipping the panels out they hand down on hinges situated on the shorter side (600mm) being suspended all the time. There is a possibility to switch hinges to the longer side on request.

Delivery
Open cell ceiling „ Simple ” s15 and the s24 mm is delivered in the form of not-folded profiles what gives better packing option decreasing transport costs. By special request panels can be delivered already compounded.

Flame reaction:
OPEN Line ceiling classified as non-flammable and it lives up to international standards in this area.

Main feature
Filling in panels, dimensions 600×600 mm, composed of “U” shaped profiles with a basis 15 and 24 mm assembled on standard construction T15 or T24

Net size from 60 x 60 mm up to 300×300 mm.
Profile width 30/40/50 mm (s15) i 35 mm (s24).

They can be plain as well as perforated to increase acoustic parameters.
Standard perforation:
Mesh Ø 1,50 mm, 22% of ceiling open. Mesh Ø 2,50 mm, 19% of ceiling open.

A wide range of finishes is available both from previously painted as well as painted after aluminium in accordance to RAL, NCS, PANTONE i SIKKENS colour palette.

Open cell ceilings are classified as non-flammable and not dripping during a fire they live up to international standards  according to CE - European standard (all products made in accordance with the essential safety requirements set out in European Directives concerning the suspended ceilings (EN 13964).

Assembly
Ceiling is assembled on standard construction e.g.  Armstrong, 15 or 24 mm width. 3600, 1200 and 600 mm length. After the filling-in panels assembly the ceiling is one homogeneous structure.

M0dules 600 x 600 mm lie on a construction and to gain access to the space above them all what you need to do is just push the element up.

Raster ceiling open cell “Classic” is produced from aluminium profiles in the shape of “U” in 5 different variants depending on the width of the profile base: p4, p5, p10, p12 as well as p20. Profiles form clusters, dimensions 600 x of 600 mm or 1200 x 600 mm. There is a possibility to perforate profiles as below:
