Aluminium panel open ceilings “GAP” - type, are very wide range application solution. Thanks to their properties ceilings can be used both internally e.g. offices, hospitals, banks, commercial objects as well as outside buildings as ceiling facings, ceilings and so on. Panel ceilings are manufactured from the best quality aluminium from 0.5 to 0.7 mm stove-coated for colouring it in ordered colour and increasing the resistance to the outside conditions.

Panel ceilings are made of the highest quality aluminium sheet - thickness from 0.5 up to 0.7 mm, available in the wide colour range from the RAL palette coated with organic polyester layer using the technology called “Coil Coating”. This technology guarantees regular and long-lasting material covering with the protective surface which secures material against the environment negative impact. Ceilings are made according to the standard: PN-EN 13964:2004.

Light and easy to assemble construction of the panel ceiling is implemented where an easy to keep clean construction is required, fully demountable providing good access to technical installations. Panels can be used as well as interial ceiling as outside ceiling but also they can be assembled as wall panels. Suspended ceiling of the „ Open Line ” type is an aluminium open cell ceiling in shape of a mesh, built around fully demountable panels. Very thin “U” shaped profiles with basis 5 or 10 mm are hung under the load-bearing structure hidden above the ceiling. Recommended solution for requiring exclusive design interiors. Open cell Open Line ceilings are characterized by a structure hung on two plains.In case of Open Cell ceilings all structural elements hang on one plain however in the structure of the Open Line ceiling TF profiles are suspended higher and TM profiles and load-bearing profiles lower, the structure hung this way allows to get the unique effect of a linear ceiling and applying 2 colours of the structure gives a possibility for an interesting colour arrangement. Lower profiles are produced in the gauge from 15 however upper in the gauge up to 400 mm.

As a default panels have dimensions 1200 x 600 mm and they consist of aluminium “U” shaped profiles and width of the basis is 5 or 10 mm and the height 30 or 40 mm arranged parallel to each other in intervals of 15 mm. Panels are hung under the load-bearing construction hidden above the ceiling. Discretionary of the customer panels can be produced in other dimensions: the maximum width of 1200 mm and the length of 2400 mm (by the base of 5 mm) or 1800 mm (by the base of 10 mm).
Profiles from which the ceiling is made are produced using a technology assuring perfectly equal and sharp lines of the bending as well as precisely shaped edges. The suspended ceiling of the Open Line type can be made as perforated for granting it additional aesthetic or acoustic advantages.Below standard parameters of perforation are described:
Meshes Ø 1,5 mm , intervals 3mm ,element openness 22%,
Meshes Ø 2,5 mm , intervals 3mm ,element openness 19%,
For granting the ceiling individual features there is a possibility of painting with the pre-painted or post-painted technology any colour in accordance with RAL, NCS, PANTONE and also SIKKENS colour palettes

Unique suspension system “Delta” is used in Open Line ceiling assembly. It allows to take one or more panels out of the ceiling without a need to disassemble whole structure for example to gain access to technical installation located above the ceiling’s surface. After unclipping the panels out they hand down on hinges situated on the shorter side (600mm) being suspended all the time. There is a possibility to switch hinges to the longer side (1200mm) on request.
Delivery:
Open cell ceiling „ Simple ” s15 and the s24 mm is delivered in the form of not-folded profiles what gives better packing option decreasing transport costs. By special request panels can be delivered already compounded.
Flame reaction:
OPEN Line open cell ceiling classified as non-flammable and it lives up to international standards in this area.
Assembly:
Suspension of hidden construction type of “Delta” allows for fast and simple disassembly or the exchange of ceiling’s elements.
