All the elements of Open Cell ceilings are made of high quality aluminium sheets 0,50 mm thick. After elemetary treatment varnish is put on aluminum sheets in “Coil Coating” process and then fired.
Open Cell Ceiling construction consists of:
- constructing elements ( portative profiles I=3000 mm long, interties I=1200 mm and I=600 mm, after installment You’ll receive portative net of open cell ceiling 600x600 mm or 600x1200 mm
- filling panels, are made of TM and TF profiles 600 mm long; assembled together create panels 600x600 mm to fill the portative net. ( number of TM and TF profiles in single panel depends on the size of the single cell in open cell ceiling.

There is also a possibility of using in one open cell ceiling elements of different colours and highness (50 mm and 40 mm) and to assemble optional kind of lighting as well, remembering to put frames, especially the heavy ones separetly.
The unique characteristic of Open Cell ceilings allow to put the sources of light above surface the ceiling, what makes it easy to achieve an antireflex effect by reflecting and dispersing lights on elements of Open Cell ceiling. As the supplement of the system we offer special coffer frames 600x600 mm to be build in to Open Cell ceilings. Aluminum suspended ceilings allow to create an extraordinary inside arrangements.
OPEN LINE CEILINGS:
Aluminum suspended ceilings Open Line are special kind of suspended ceilings. Technical solution “relying” on cennection store elements on two levels which allows to achieve unique effect of linear ceiling. Aluminum ceilings are uninflammable and non-dribble in fire, don’t collide with any technical installations assembled over the ceiling surface.
Open Line ceiling although opticaly lowering room doesn`t decrease its capacity.
Because of open character of Open Line ceiling all the installations (fire-fighting, signalizing moistening) may be put above suspended ceiling surface. Open Line ceilings are also very easy to assemble and very light.
All the things mentioned above make them suitable for places such as:

The structure of linear ceiling built elements about section „U” base 10 mm and 40 mm high.
These elements are assembled perpendicularly to each other and create two surfaces, bottom more visible in form of characteristic lines is lowerd about 20 mm than overhead.
To accent two surfaces effect is possible to apply different colours of surfaces. Ceilings are produced in standard dimensions of bottom profile: 50, 60, 75, 86, 100, 120, 150, 200mm. Sapan of overehead profile: 100, 150, 200, 300.
On client special wish it is possible to produce linear ceiling of different dimnsions than in standard.

- light but “reliable” filling panels (assembled of TM and Tf profiles) laid on portative profiles create open ceiling surface about linear appearance.
- TM 1200 mm long; put parallelly to each other and after installing in the ceiling surface also parallelly to portative profiles ( standard modules 50, 60, 75, 86, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm.)
- TF 600 mm long put parallelly to each other and after installing in ceiling sufrace perpendicularly to TM profiles and to portative profiles and upraised to them at about 20 mm (standard modules : 150, 200, 300, 400.)
Useage of systemic filling panels allow You on easy access to the surface above the ceiling. To closed the ceiling surface depending on realized projects are available standard profiles: L, C, T.
There is also a possibility to produce and elaboration non-standard ending elements and join them with other kind of ceilings.

KORIDOR system was developed basing on elements used in Open Line ceiling.
This solution is recommended for corridors and passages.
Connection of ceiling components on two levels allows to obtain unique effect of linear ceiling. Aluminum ceilings OPEN LINE KORIDOR are uninflammable and non-dribble in fire; don’t collide with any of technical installations assembled over the ceiling. Open Line Ceiling is assembled only on profiles edges, free-hanging-allows on easy acces to the space above the ceiling. Open Line ceiling makes rooms visualy lower bud does`t decrease its capacity. Because of open character of the ceiling all the systems such as: fire-fighting, alarms, sprinkles, may be put over the ceiling surface.
These elements assembled parallelly to each other create two surfaces ; bottom more visible surface in form of characteristic lines is lowered about 20 mm to overhead profiles.
